  • CrossFit is a group fitness program that combines strength, endurance, gymnastics, and Olympic lifting components.
  • Classes are 60 minutes
  • Class sizes are capped to 9 athletes (per COVID-19 guidelines)

Memberships are month to month and auto-renew at the beginning of each month

Adam Barfoot

Adam Barfoot is a Personal Mental Skills Clinician. He graduated from the University of Tennessee of Chattanooga with his Masters in Mental Health. He currently works for Centerstone as a mental health therapist. He also works as a Performance consultant for athletes.
